How do I get my PIN?
After successful online transaction you can find your card and PIN in My Account section of our website. We do not send the PIN to your mail id.
How do I send a top up?
You first need to enter the full international mobile number starting with 00. Then choose the amount you wish to send followed by your personal message to the recipient. Proceed to checkout to pay and the top up will be there in an instant. Please ensure you enter the correct international mobile number and that the number you wish to top up is a valid pre-paid mobile number
The voucher PIN issued to me is wrong, who do i contact?
